Cancellation & No-Show Policies

As of August 1, 2022, the Cancellation and No-Show Policies of all Deka Lash locations have been updated. Please review these policies below.

To give our clients more flexibility, Deka Lash has decreased the time required to notify studios of cancellations or reschedules without incurring a fee. Instead of 24 hours notice, only 12 hours notice is required.

However, if a client cancels or reschedules an appointment within 12 hours of the appointment time, the client will be charged 50% of the service price. If a client cancels or reschedules prior to the 12-hour window, there will be no charge.

For Lash Model appointments, the early cancellation fee is set at $25.00.


Deka Lash’s No-Show policy is designed to protect the time of our lash artists and to help ensure the schedule is properly reflected for other clients to book. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price. 

For Lash Model appointments, the no-show fee is set at $25.00.

A no-show is defined as a client who:
a. Fails to be present at the time of the scheduled appointment, OR
b. Within 5 minutes of the appointment time for all TrueXpress appointments OR,
c. Within 10 minutes of the appointment time for all other appointments
